At In Your Palm, we carefully package each order to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. We use Pudo locker-to-locker delivery for a secure and convenient shipping experience.

• Courier: Pudo Locker to Pudo Locker

• Flat Rate: R60 per order

• Processing Time: Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 days of purchase.

• Delivery Time: Pudo delivery times vary depending on location but typically take 1–3 working days after dispatch.

• Tracking: You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been sent.

 

Please ensure you select a valid and accessible Pudo locker location at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or non-collection due to incorrect locker details.

We take great pride in the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it, including clear photos and your order number.

• A replacement (if stock allows), or

• A refund, depending on the nature of the issue.

 

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or incorrect locker selection. Custom orders are also non-refundable.
